For decades, the grapes that are used to produce the wines of the “WINEMAKERS IN AVIO” line, were the result of cooperation between member wine-growers and the winery and only the best lands and the best grapes become part of this "selection. The grapes come from the hills facing west in the municipality of Avio, in the area called Bolca Valley, a superb alluvial cone zone formed by the Aviana torrent, with stonewalls caesures and in the municipality of Ala, in the San Valentino Valley, located 600 meters above sea level. The areas are mitigated by cool night breezes blowing from Monte Baldo and the Little Dolomites.
